Terms of Service
By accessing and using My Personalized Fitness Coach private beta, you agree to these Terms of Service, the linked Privacy Policy, and the SMS/WhatsApp consent terms.
1) SMS and WhatsApp Enrollment
This is an SMS-first coaching service. Enrollment requires an affirmative checkbox action in the Service signup flow before outbound messaging begins. By checking the opt-in box, you authorize us to message the phone number you submitted for service delivery.
2) Message Types and Purpose
- One-time verification codes and account security notices.
- Service, scheduling, and coaching reminders.
- General support guidance and account updates.
3) Message Frequency and Fees
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and request history. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
4) Opt-In, Opt-Out, and HELP
- Reply STOP to stop non-essential service messages immediately.
- Reply HELP to receive support instructions, including our contact details and additional help commands.
- By law and carrier policy, support-required or legally required operational notices may still be sent in certain situations notwithstanding STOP.
5) Consent and Acknowledgment
You confirm that the submitted phone number is yours or that you are authorized to receive messages there and that you understand:
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to SMS/WhatsApp is a condition of enrolling in this service.
- Replies such as HELP and STOP may be sent and interpreted by the carrier on our behalf.
- Opt-out commands may apply to all messaging from this service account.
6) Beta Nature of Service
The platform is in private beta. Features, message templates, and support capabilities may change without prior notice as reliability and compliance controls are improved.
7) User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account details and an authorized phone number.
- Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access.
- Not rely on automated coaching content as medical care or emergency response.
8) Limitation and Liability
Coaching output is informational and may not be complete or current in all cases. In emergencies, call local emergency services immediately. We are not liable for outcomes arising from delayed or failed delivery by carriers.
9) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate messaging or account access for policy violations, suspected abuse, or required safety reasons.
